Save Target As command

Hello, I have been trying to download videos or audio
through IE 6, but the "Save Target As" command is grayed
out when I right-click on the link. I have tried
resetting the defaults for IE, and it still won't
cooperate. I also downloaded version 6.4 but it still
won't work. Any help would be appreciated.
