Save settings in outlook

I'd like to know if there is a way to save settings for outlook 2003. Setting
means options in tools->options->preferences->calendar or notes or contacts.
For example, background color for calendar events, font for note, etc. These
settings are not stored in .pst file, so each time I reinstall outlook I have
to reset them again. So I wonder if there is a way to save them along with
..pst file or in other file. Thanks.

For Office 2003 you can use the Save My Settings Wizard which you can find
in the Office folder in the Start Menu.
