Save Report output to be redisplayed by Command Button?

Hi,
I’m using Access 2007 and would appreciate any suggestions to speed up some
reports.
I have a Report with a Crosstab Query as a “Record Sourceâ€. The query uses
a Union query that in turn combines data of four other queries. The backend
data for the report gets refreshed nightly. Bottom line the report takes 15
seconds to produce a 1 page report. Is there any way of running the report
after the nightly refresh and somehow “saving it†to be displayed and printed
with a click of a Command Button?

Thanks, but that's not what I was hoping to do.

Perhaps you might be more specific about "what you were hoping to do". It
seems to me that Klatuu's suggestion exactly filled the requirements you
stated, which were, " 'saving it' to be displayed and printed with a click
of a Command Button".

You see "Karnak the Magnificent" (as played by Johnny Carson) has passed
away, and few of the people who answer questions here have any gift of
clairvoyance to know what you want, other than what you write.
