Save recipient list under "mailing" tab Word '07?

When I use create a recipient list under the "mailing tab" for Microsoft Word
2007 how do I save the list after puting the contacts in? There is no way to
access the normal save or save as fields.
 
When you click the OK button in the dialog, Word displays a dialog box which
lets you save the data file.
