save PowerPoint slide at 150dpi resolution

I need to save a slide at a higher resolution than the 72dpi that is
currently available on a PC. I can do this on my Mac easlily, but Microsoft
doesn't let me change the resolution. NOT GOOD.

But not all that bad either. It'd be better if it were as simple as it is on the Mac,
but there are a couple of workarounds:

Improve PowerPoint's GIF, BMP, PNG, JPG export resolution
