( I ran a search in the forum prior to posting this)

I have a continuous form allowing for additions and
updates and deletions in a Access 97 database stored on a
shared network. WindowsNT is used. Users often filter
data and frequently update & add new records. The form's
Record Lock property is set to 'No Locks'.

The form uses a normal select query for two related tables
but there is currently no referential update integrity
between them.

All users have equal, shared rights to the directory and
files.

When updates or filtering is done and user goes to close
the form, often after the form's been open for a while,
they will encounter error windows: Save Operation Failed,
then Out of Memory. The only way out of it to close to
form is going into Design View, close and choose NO when
asked to save.

What's up with that? Thanks.

Resend - if additional information is needed, please let
me know. thanks.
