Save Fields from one form to next

N

Neil Marriott

I am a newbie FP user, using FrontPage XP and/or FrontPage
Beta 2003.

I want to create a series of forms (say three). In the
simplest manner, Form1 (with a SUBMIT button) prompts for
the "first_name". When you press SUBMIT, the server
becomes state-aware and retains the value
of "first_name". Form2 then loads and prompts
for "last_name". When you press submit, both first_name
and last_name are finally written to the text file - and
my final confirmation page is displayed with these two
value.

After from the very last step, can FrontPage handle this?
Any tips or examples?

No possible if using the FP Form Handler, you would need to use ASP, etc. to
accomplish.

Based on the link, this is being done with ASP/VBScript, not something that
can done when using the FP Form Handler.
