mike allen

i just started using outlook and have added many contacts, tasks, important
dates on my calender, etc. is there a way to save all of this info to a
disk or cd in case my computer dies(as it has before and all data was lost)?
if i get a new computer, i want to be able to copy all of my info directly
into my new outlook program. thanks, mike allen

If Outlook is connected to Exchange server, please, use server backup
utility like ntbackup or backup utilities of third-party manufacturers.

If all this information stored in pst file make backup copy of this pst
file.
