Save e-mails out to a disk

Save e-mails out to a disk.



I now make a folder under 'Personal Folders' with the project name and save
all related e-mails to it. I would like to save that Project folder to a
disk for storage and later references. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Create a new PST (Personal Folders file) with File>New>Personal Folders File
(or Outlook Data File, depending on your version, which you didn't think
important enough to include). Now, right-click the Project folder and click
"Copy". When the browse box pops up, locate the new PST, select it, and
click OK. he folder will then be copied to the new PST. You can then
delete the old Projects folder, if you want, and even close the new PST you
created, opening it again if you ever want to reference the items in it.
