save contents of outlook folder to disk

I want to save email related to a specific project in the project folder when
the project is archived. Is there an easy way to copy an email folder to
disk?
 
You could create a new pst then copy specific data to that, and save that
pst in a specific location. But then you might want to have the emails
accessible o/s outlook
