I am trying to update a powerpoint presentation. Whenever i save it and
reopen later the changes are not saved

I am using powerpoint 2003. I regularly update when prompted. When i
save
the
file to a different filename i still encounter the same problem

Which version of PowerPoint? Make sure your version of PowerPoint
has
all
the latest Service Patches. What happens when you save it using a
different
filename?
