save as

When I go to save a pic....all that comes up is bitmat
format...where did save as jpg etc go...help
 
Sometimes this will happen if your Temporary Internet Files is too full,
trying emptying it in IE's Internet Options.

Sometimes it will happen because something is wrong with the image. I don't
have a solution for that.
