Save As Type

I have a user that is running Access 2000 on a laptop computer and Access 97
on a desktop computer. She is trying to export a file to a .csv type file.
When she clicks on the down arrow button to save as a csv file the csv
option is not there on both computers. I have been to another user's pc on
our network that has Access 2000 and she does have the save as csv type
option. How do I go about getting the csv option as a choice on the first
users computers? Thank you.

On the machine running Access 97, look for the file msexcl35.dll (it should
be in the System folder). Use regsvr32.exe to reregister it.

On the machine running Access 2000, do the same, except you're looking for
msexcl40.dll
