save as type

whenever i want to save an image from internet explorer it only allows me to save it under the .bmp type, when the image is a .jpg or .gif or any other file type. what's going on? i used to be able to save under the correct type and now it doesn't let me. am i able to fix this? why does this happen place?

Hi,

Happens when the Temporary Internet Files folder is overloaded. Control
Panel/Internet Options/General tab, click on the button to delete files.
Then retry the images.
