Save as Pdf in Runtime installation

My Access 2007 project print pdf document with this command:
DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "rptMaga", acFormatPDF

all ok if i run in my developer computer but when run my project in customer
computer (with AccessRuntime.exe) give my error 2501.

please have any indea

from what I know, pdf capabilities are not included in runtime by default
you'd need to include them in your deployment as an add-on. Take a look at

But this add-in (SaveAsPDFanfXPS.exe) is already installed.
