"Save As" Missing in File Menu

When I go to my File menu, the "save as" option isn't there. It was
there until recently. Any ideas?

It would appear that the File menu has had that item deleted.

To reset it, use
menu View>Toolbars>Customize
Select Worksheet Menu Bar at the bottom
click Reset.

And there's an option that was added in xl2k that allows the infrequently used
options to appear only after a slight delay.

Tools|Customize|Options Tab is where you'd turn that off.
