Save as Form error

I am trying to design a form by using the BusinessContact form of Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager as my starting point.

When I choose 'Save As', make it a template and give it another name, I get an Business Contact Manager error 'The Business Contact cannot be saved unless it contains a Full Name. Please type a name in the Full Name box, and then save'. I've checked the FullName textbox and there is no rule that I can see on the validation tab. Anyone know about this error?

BCM forms are not customizable by design. There is a huge amount of
functionality controlled by the BCM application itself, which is what you're
running into. The only way to even try is to disable the BCM add-in and then
attack the form. I tried during the beta and gave up after investing several
hours in the attempt.

Thanks Sue,

So my best approach is just to use the other pages for the added
functionality I wanted to try, right?

Even that is unsupported. If you get it to work, let us know what you did.
