"save as" dialogue

When I log in (on Windows XP Pro) as the administrator, and
I open the "save as" box, the files that are already saved
in that folder are listed with the last saved file first.
However, whgen I log in as a user, the files are listed
alphabetically. How can I change this back.

While logged onto the account with the wrong sort order in the dialog
boxes, open Windows Explorer with the focus on drive C: On the View menu,
click Details. Click the column headers to setup your preferred sort order.
IMPORTANT: Press Ctrl and click the X in the upper right hand corner to
close the window. You may need to restart the computer for this change to
"stick."
