save access report to Word Document

I have made a beautiful report in Access and I need to email it out, but when
I try to attach the file, it goes to a database screen. I am unable to copy
the report and paste it into Word and I cannot save it as a Word document. I
tried exporting, but couldn't figure that out.

Any help will be appreciated.

suggest you print the report to a .pdf file, since the Adobe Reader is free
and easily available over the Internet for those folks who may not already
have it. and .pdf file attachments are usually not blocked by email
programs. if you search these newsgroups for PDF, you'll find many
discussions and recommendations for sources to get a PDF driver for your PC.

HTML document and it worked. Not how I wanted, but it is OK. Thanks!
