Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro or XFX GeForce FX 5200

The old gap of what I want and what I can afford is now quite apparent when
looking for an AeroGlass capable AGP Video card. I am currently pondering a
Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro or XFX GeForce FX 5200. Anyone have any exoerience
runnine Vista with the Aero feature on either card?

Don't waste your money for Aero Glass, its a little bit of translucent
borders... that is it... However either will work.

If you do want aero glass, at least wait unitl Vista ships....at that time,
I expect the Video card companies to bring out DX10 cards, so the 6600GT
should drop under $100, and the 7600Gt might even hit that level.
I have both of those cards and they are very good cards.

Check the Premium column for GPU. There are links to five video card
manufacturers. Each of those links leads to Vista specific web-pages
including lists of Glass capable cards and current drivers for Vista for
those cards for each of the companies.

Mine runs fine on the Sapphire 9600.
