Samsung Galaxy Tab E Tablet

Thinking of buying a Samsung Galaxy Tab E Tablet, Quad-core, Android, 9.6", 8GB, Wi-Fi, White.
From John Lewis at £139.95, but is it worth it?

Just want to be able to surf and check emails on the go and when sitting in front of the tv at home?
Any views or comments would help me to decide.

Oh well have bought it in London @ John Lewis and using it now to tap this in!!
Strange the white colour version was £10 cheaper than the black colour was!
£10 is x2 drinks in the pub after all.
