Hai everybody!
one of my friend was asking me to write a "will" (legal written directions
for the disposal of his property after death) document (he wants to settle
everything in advance before his expiry) so i would like to have some idea
about to write the "will"

I would suggest your friend contact an attorney to make sure that everything
is legal. Survivors can get very nasty and a "do it yourself" will could be
shredded if someone wants to get ugly.
