Sample code from Albert D. Kallal - using unbound check box on continuous form

Hi,
I need to have the sample code from Albert D. Kallal - using unbound check
box on continuous form. I can not download it from

found.
Does anyone know where I can find it?

Thanks a lot, Jeff. i went to Multi Select Sample at
http://www.members.shaw.ca/AlbertKallal/msaccess/msaccess.html but the file
multiselect.zip was not there, page not found.
I just want to use unbound check box on continuos form, I think I should
think about other solution.
