Same user in different OU

Hi,
Does anybody know how to create an alias for a user , and the alias
can be placed in different OU of the user?
Does AD have this ability? ( I know Novell NDS can do )
Our company has this requirement, in our company a manager can be
responsible for two or three department , so this manager should belong to
different OU! (our e-business flow will base on AD)
Any suggestion is welcome!

Thanks!

There is no support for aliases in AD. An object can exist in one, and
only one, OU at any given time.

Active Directory doesn't support this but you shouldn't actually need it.
Assign any GPO's to security groups associated with the OU's and then just
make him a member of both security groups.
