Same profile in local and domain?

Hello all MS friends!.....

I just set up win2003 enterprise-edition server with domain. Now I want to
migrate all machines
already existed local profiles accounts to domain accounts. Also users must
have choice to
boot from domain or from local machine, but the account profile must stay
the same (all changes
and settings made in local must relay to domain and vice-versa) How I can do
that?

My understanding is you either have a local profile or a roaming profile and
never the two meet. You can copy the local profiles to the server and
create a roaming profile but once there it is the one and only profile. If
there are 3rd party packages I am unaware of them.
