same outlook with two user accounts

I am using outlook 2003 with windows XP. I have 2 users set up on my
computer. Is there any way to have the exact same e-mail account under both
users. Like a shared accout. I would like to access the same account under
both users.

They can't share an Outlook profile, but they can share a PST file, and you
can configure identical mail accounts in each profile.
