same outlook contacts, calendar, tasks, on two machines

I would like to keep duplicate copies of the outlook calendar, contacts,
journal, notes and tasks on the laptop in my office and laptop at home. I
have tried the import/export route with sometimes unreliable result. It
weems that there must be a more elegant solution
