same computer, 2 users, only 1 can connect

Help ! I have windows xp, McAfee Internet Suite, 2 users on some computer.
I can use Internet Explorer and Outlook Express, but my daughter cannot. As
her user I cnnot even access network connections or the software. It says
there is a runtime error whenever I try to start IE or Outlook Express but
everything on my user works fine. Any suggestions???

Her profile might be corrupted. Do this:
- Log on as administrator.
- Rename your daughter's profile folder to something else.
You will find it in c:\Documents and Settings.
- Get her to log on.

This will probably fix the problem. She can find her old
data files inside the renamed folder. If unsure how to
restore her old mail messages, ask in an Outlook Express
newsgroup.
 
Please specify exact runtime error ... McAfee statement or Windows.
The problem maybe due to McAfee Privacy or Firewall setup.
