Same column repeated twice on a page

I only have 4 columns that I need for a report. I have a
lot of room left, so I wanted to repeat the same 4 columns
on the same page consolidate the information. Is there a
way to have the same column on the same page and rather
than repeat the information, actually continue with the
recordset.

Thanks,
John

To define multiple columns for your report, open it in design view, choose
Page Setup from the File menu.

Use the File - Page Setup - Columns menu item to specify 2
columns. You will probably also want to uncheck the Same as
Detail box and specify the column width manually.

Marsh-

Thanks!! THere is one problem I am running into though.
It is not bringing the columns headers on the other side
with it when I select two columns. It there a way to
repeat the row headers to the other column and have one
central title on the report. Thanks again for all your
help.

To get column headers in the page header over both columns,
just duplicate the labels to the roght side of the page
header (this is why you should uncheck the Same as Detail
check box in Page Setup).
