Same animation with each bullet reveal

I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered numerous times before.
I'm using PowerPoint 2003. On a given slide I have a dollar sign that
I want to rotate 360 degrees with each reveal of a bullet. I can only
get it to rotate once with my list of custom animations. How can I
accomplish this? Thank you. Stu B.

Animate each bullet to enter On Click. For each On Click of a bullet, create
the Spin effect of the dollar sign to occur With Previous.
