I just upgraded my Windows 2000 server to 2003, now all my linux/samba
boxes are crapping out their mounts to the 2003 sysetm. I did some
research and it seems I need to add these two registry updates:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanmanserver\paramete
rs]
"requiresecuritysignature"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netlogon\Parameters]
"requiresignorseal"=dword:00000000

That's not the problem. I keep adding their registry updates, and it works
for a while. The problem returns, I check and the registry has reverted
back????? Why is this happening?

Mark,

Check any group policies or local security policies that apply as these
might be overwriting the settings.

Check your group policies. You probably have the "digitially sign communications" entries configured in security
options.
