Salutation Line

When sending an email and in the saluation line each time
I use the space bar or shift bar I get [my name] in
brackets and do not know how to stop this from happening.

Go to Tools, Options, Preferences tab, click on the Email
Options button...at the bottom, uncheck the box that
says "Mark my comments with.."
