Care to explain a bit more and provide additional configuration details like
at least version of Outlook?

Also; how does this post make a suggestion?

Hello,

the about box displays following information
Microsoft® outlook® 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1
part of Microsoft office personal edition 2003

The outlook Hindi -Saka era is showing date nearly 15 days ahead, for
corresponding default calendar.

well I didn't find link to report problem so reported in the suggestion,
well the suggestion here is in later versions outlook can allow the user to
configure the calendar dates relative to default calendar as the leap year
correction is handled by every calendar in different manner.

thanks & regards,
Madhu
