SAHAgeant_.exe can't be removed

My Norton Anti-Virus tells me I have two SAHAgent_.exe files to delete,
won't delete them for me, "Search" can't find them, and I'm told to change
registry values that aren't there. I've done this several times now, and I
have the latest updates from Norton. Does anyone know the cure for this?
