Safe to Remove?

Vista installation seems to have left two folders behind: $WINDOWS.~Q and
$INPLACE.~T - are these folders safe to remove (or move to another drive)?

just backup before you Delete it

what is in the folders $WINDOWS.~Q & $INPLACE.~T
