I have just built a computer using two S-ATA hard drives, and everything
works well except that the 'Safe to Remove Hardware' icon appears in the
system tray.
I don't have any removable hardware hooked up to the computer, so of course
I clicked on it, and it says I can stop using my C and D drives, which are
fixed hard drivers ( C is a Western Digital Raptor and D is a Seagate
Barracuda).
The mother board is a Asus A8N-SLI deluxe. The system reads the SATA
drivers correctly, and boots etc. I just want to stop this icon from
appearing in my system tray.
Has anyone heard of this issue? I have googled it, and have come up with
nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
