Safe mode

I started my computer in safe mode to see if drivers were causing problems on
start up. Now how do I get back out of safe mode or how do I tell if I am
still in safe mode
 
If you reboot and don't select the safe mode option at reboot you will be in normal mode. Isn't your screen display pretty obviously different in screen mode?
