Donna.

Perhaps you do not understand that your do not need to go to Safe Mode to
defragment unless you are having problems with derangement in Windows.

Are you?

If so, suggest you go to Windows Help and Support and enter - Safe Mode - in
the search box for direction on how to enter Safe Mode.

Let's see - you asked this question at 9:30, 9:34 and again at 9:40.
Before we tell you how to get into Safe Mode, or Defrag (for which you
do NOT have to be in Safe Mode), I think somebody should teach you how
to use a little patience.
