Safe Mode

XP boots into safe mode even if I press F8 and select Normal. How can I
repair this?

Check your boot.ini file. "Available switch options for the Windows XP
and the Windows Server 2003 Boot.ini files"

Checked boot.ini. It looks fine. No safe mode parameter in there.
