safe mode

Help! I cant get this computer out of safe mode.
I Have tried the "F8" at start up andit doesn't work.

I was doing a virus scan, found virus, quarrantined it.
One was not.
Followed instructions at symentc to go into safe mode.
Now I can't get out of it.

Tried compac support, they led me part way then wanted to
charge me $50 to try and fix it.

Can anybody help?

Try reboot if you have to hit power on tower If does not

start normally on F8 first screen before you get to safe
mode use arrows and enter key to highlight start windows
normally/ enter, if that fails try last good
configuration. Hope this helps.
