Runtime errors

I keep getting runtime errors, asking if I want to debug.
this happens almost everytime I go to a new website. I
indicate "no" to the question, and then the website comes
on. It is very annoying. Anyone know how I can fix it?
 
Go to tools...internet options...advanced tab and check disable script
debugging...and uncheck notify about every script error.
