Runtime Errors

Can someone please explain what a RUNTIME ERROR is and if
possible how to use the DE-BUGGING facility.

I am receiving a RUNTIME ERROR every time I try to open
my All in One printer (hp psc 1205) control panel from my
Desktop short cut.

Help will be appreciated. Thank you!

A runtime error can be many things. Basically, the
computer is trying to do something it cannot. (read a file
thats not there, perform an opperation it cannot etc).

When you say debugging facility, do you mean when it says
runtime error it has an option to debug?

As far as your printer application, try reinstalling it.
(uninstall it, then put in the CD and install it again, or
however you got the program)
