Runtime Error

Most times when I start Outlook 2002, I get the
error "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library (Path to
Outlook.exe) Abnormal Program Termination". It is similar
to Knowledge Base Article - 325117 but I am not running
McAfee ViruScan. I am using Norton and exchange scan is
not on. My email account is POP3. Can anyone help? I can
usually start Outlook on the 2nd or 3rd try.

From the Add-in Manager I can only see one - Exchange
Extensions property pages.

Any ideas how I can solve the problem?
