Since I had to reformat my computer and reinstalling all
the software and updates, I keep getting this error when
I visit a lot of sites I need for work. I never had them
before.

A Runtime error has occuredd
Do you wish to debug?

Line 14
Error: 'dclkpuwin' is null or not an object

The only difference I believe between what was on my
machine before the re-install and after is direct X 9.

Any help would be appreciated.

I found out that there is a program installed (not by myself) in c:\program
file
it's called new.dot.net or something like that. I guess it's
(secretly)installed when I visited
certain websites. After I deleted it , my IE get back to normal.

Also, I would suggest you to installed some firewall program such as
zoonAlarm
and try to investigate your c:\program file, c:\windows\ and your temp
folders
you will find out that there are a lot of spy-like programs running in
background
then use firewall program to block their access to internet. Deleting them
usually
don't help much, because they will appear again.
hope this might help
