Runtime error

With ME system using High-speed service, I go to AOL mail
and when I try to open, I get the following message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error
Program:C:\program files\internetexplorer\iexplore.EXE
abnormal program termination

How do I fix?
