Runtime Error

Can someone please tell me what a runtime error is? This
is the message a couple of coworkers are receiving....A
Runtime Error has occurred...Do you wish to debug? Line:
9 error: object expected Yes or No.

They get it while they are in Outlook 2002, or IE 6.0?

JUST open internet explorer, at the top click on tools,
then internet options. When the next window opens, click
on the advanced tab to the far right. Under the browsing
section, check the box that says "disable script
debugging.

Aight, all it does is keeps that error from coming up
asking if you want to debug. A major head ache for
anyone.
