When in IE, go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab. Click in the checkbox
beside "Disable script debugging" in order to place a checkmark there, and
also click in the checkbox beside "Display a notification about every script
error" in order to clear the checkmark there. Click on Apply, OK.
