Runtime error

Using Windows 2000, Office 2000. Banking program runs
fine until I try to use the data base to get a list of
students. I get this message
Run - time error "-2147220992(80040200) Class not
registered"
I have spent days searching the internet no luck. Please
help.

You'll have to find out what the application is trying to run and then
(re)register the component with regsvr32. What's the application? There's
a 5% chance I'd be familiar with it, as I work at a bank as well.
