hope someone can help. Getting the following two messages:
Runtime error:
fatal error could not create rendering device. please check your direct 3d
setup. :0@c:\projects\rm_master client\source\client errors. cpp:696
and
then a message telling me that memory could not be read from the online game
I am trying to access.

So we are supposed to guess at what local or client-side game program
you are using? And guess to what gaming server you are attempting to
connect for some unnamed online game? There are gaming newsgroups that
could better answer your question about your particular game but they
will also need to know WHAT game you are talking about. What game did
you install that uses the C:\Projects subdirectory or has its "projects"
over there? At this point, the only equally vague advice that I can
give you is to uninstall the game and reinstall it (after checking if
the unnamed game actually supports the Windows XP platform).
