Runtime Error

I have just cleared of my Hardrive and re-install Windows XP P rofessionnal like I had previously. Now my problem is that everytime I go onto the Internet I get a Runtime Error, at first when this was poping up I was clicking on the No button to debugg it but I noticed that the problem was still there because because it would pop up again. I have also tried to click on the yes button to debugg and it shows me Javascript now is there any way that I can fix this or is there a patch for the Runtime Error's that constantly pop up. Also I have noticed that there errors always have a different number. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Open IE > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab
Check:
Disable script debugging

Uncheck:
Display a notification about every script error

Good luck
